Dennis Law, P.C. is committed: to getting its clients’ businesses up and running; to anticipating, planning around, and solving commonly encountered personal and business problems; to minimizing costly and frequently unnecessary disputes and litigation when possible; and to vigorously advocating for clients as expeditiously and inexpensively as possible.
Our Approach
Dennis Law, P.C. is a progressive, proactive and aggressive firm dedicated to working with its clients on problems they already know about - as well as problems that might not yet appear on their radar screens. We learn much about the people we serve through our preliminary consultations and evaluations - preferably face to face - at their convenience. Working as a team - we strive to identify “hot areas” in a client's particular business or personal life, and to suggest alternatives or remedies to address them.
Our Goals
As we do in growing and promoting our own firm, one of our primary goals is to help you develop and realize your highest business and personal potentials. There is more to accomplishing that than just providing legal advice. Objective counseling and soundings are also part of what we do. We know that business and personal growth involves assessing opportunities, competition, funding, personal drive, personal challenges and a myriad of other factors. We know, too, that for our small business clients it can be lonely at the top - whether in a one person business or in a larger company. We enjoy being the sounding board for the self-made entrepreneur and adventurer.
Confidentiality and Trust
Lawyers are ethically required to receive, preserve and not reveal confidential information disclosed to them in the attorney-client relationship and afterwards. But other than words on a paper - what does that really mean? How do clients and lawyers learn whether or not to trust each other in the first place? How does a client gauge whether a lawyer or firm is worthy of such confidence and trust? We believe that it is through eye-to-eye contact, by talking with each other - one on one - mano y mano. We invite that. We look forward to that. For us, it’s a major component of what drives us and gives us satisfaction. Lets talk.
